no cross-traffic. The owner reserves the right to the owner’s suite 24/7/365.
Garages are not included in the reservation.
The manager reserves the right to do a background check. Renter must be at least 21 years of age to rent.

Locked Owner’s Apartment & Garage: The owner’s personal items and office are located in a separate area in the lower level of the 3-story property and garage– completely separate main entrance – no cross traffic. These areas are not included in the Agreement. The owner retains the right to access & use the Owner’s area during this Rental Period 24/7/365.
Do not block the garage door or access to the garage – so the owners can access and use the garage 24/7/365. Guests have exclusive use of the 1st and 2nd floor of the home and the yard facing Lake Superior.
