Our Duluth beachfront home is nestled along the shores of Lake Superior’s longest  sandy beach, providing an ocean-like ambiance. This cozy and comfortable vacation home boasts four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a vaulted ceiling, and a loft bedroom.

It’s the perfect family getaway, meticulously cleaned and equipped with all the comforts of home. The generous windows offer breathtaking views of Lake Superior, complemented by a spacious outdoor deck facing the water.

This private-like oasis is conveniently located just one mile from the Duluth Lift Bridge and Canal Park as well as the nearby Lake Superior Zoo, the Great Lakes Aquarium, and Spirit Mountain, ensuring easy access to the City of Duluth and the North Shore  of Lake Superior,  The Fond-Du-Luth Casino and the Black Bear Casino Resort provide entertainment that is only a few miles from Sandy Point Place. Duluth  offers a diverse range of activities for all, regardless of the weather.

-Add cleaning, manager’s fee,  and a pre-authorized refundable deposit plus tax when applicable.  Other seasonal fees may apply; please contact us at  1-612-750-0990 for more information.  

-Rate includes up to 4 people, including children.  Add extra per night per person for each additional person ages one year or older.

-A 5% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card.  ACH payments are free.

A separate owner’s suite is located on the lower level, with separate entry and 
no cross-traffic. The owner reserves the right to the owner’s suite 24/7/365.
Garages are not included in the reservation.

The manager reserves the right to do a background check. Renter must be at least 21 years of age to rent.

All reservations including instant reservations, are pending until we receive full payment and a signed rental agreement . You can begin the reservation process by calling or texting to 1-612-750-0990, email us at Rentals@FlagshipRentals.com or fill out the reservation form. Please text Your Full Name, Your Email Address, The Property Name, Check In and Out dates, and the Number of People in your Party.

Locked Owner’s Apartment & Garage:  The owner’s personal items and office are located in a separate area in the lower level of the 3-story property and garage– completely separate main entrance – no cross traffic.  These areas are not included in the Agreement.  The owner retains the right to access & use the Owner’s area during this Rental Period 24/7/365.

Do not block the garage door or access to the garage – so the owners can access and use the garage 24/7/365.  Guests have exclusive use of the 1^st and 2^nd floor of the home and the yard facing Lake Superior.
