Important Reservation Information
- Fill out the reservation form, or email us at Rentals@FlagshipRentals.com . You can also text your request to 1-612-750-0990 . Please provide your Full Name, the Property Name, Check-in and Check-out dates, and the Number of People in your party.
- To add value, the accommodation rates are based on an occupancy of 4 individuals, including children one-year-old and older. Additional charges apply for extra persons per night. To ensure accurate rates, you must use the correct number of occupants.
- No refund will be given due to incorrect information provided or for cancellation made outside the 60 day cancellation policy.
- A Rental Agreement will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Review the Rental Agreement and other details. We’re happy to answer all your questions.
- Return the signed Rental Agreement and a copy of your driver’s license. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
- All reservations are pending until we receive a signed rental agreement and payment is made even if you have done an instant reservation.
- A 5% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card, ACH are free.
Policies
Because it is important to use that you understand all terms and conditions for your vacation to a Flagship Rentals home, we have clearly addressed all policies in detail in our reservation agreement.
These are some answers to common questions.
TERMINATIONS/CANCELLATIONS:
- A termination may be made by email only to the Rental Agent, and the Rental Agent must CONFIRM that he has received the email to cancel in writing. Terminations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Terminations made 60 days or less prior to the arrival date – no refund will be given. Shortened stays will not receive a refund. Weather-related cancellations are not allowed. The Cancellation Policy of VRBO or Airbnb will apply in the event the reservation was made through one of these companies. We recommend purchasing a third party trip cancellation policy.
AGE
- Reservation must be made by an adult, at least 25 years of age.
OCCUPANCY
- Each property has a maximum occupancy for overnight guests. Our rates are based on 1-4 occupants, extra person per night charges apply.
SMOKING
- We are a non-smoking home.
PETS
- Some of our homes are dog friendly, some are not. Dog fee and extra cleaning charges will apply and an addendum will be added to the Rental Agreement to ensure you understand the expectations for having a dog in the home. Breed and size may be restricted, up to 2 dogs maximum. Please call or text at 1-612-750-0990 to inquire.
SNOWMOBILES & ATVS
- Motorized recreational vehicles (snowmobiles, dirt bikes, ATVs, etc.) are not allowed anywhere around any Flagship Rental Home. Storage on a trailer is permitted.
Health and Safety
- Security cameras are all located on the exterior of the homes.
- All bedrooms have egress windows.
- Smoke detectors are supplied near each bedroom.
- Carbon monoxide detector.
- Kitchen fire extinguisher supplied.
- If the property has a well, it is tested annually for safe drinking water.
