Sunfish Lake Park lies right across the street from Lake Elmo Place. It’s a sprawling natural area that spans 284 acres and is officially acknowledged by the Minnesota Dept. of Natural Resources as a “Regionally Significant Ecological Area.” You can expect to witness wild turkeys and families of deers quite frequently at Lake Elmo Place.

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy some water activities, Lake Jane public boat access is just half a mile away from our home. Lake Jane is a 155-acre lake where you can go canoeing, kayaking, and fishing.

For those who love the great outdoors, the The Lake Elmo Park Reserve  is less than 5 miles away. This 2,165-acre park offers various terrains, including forest and prairie. You can find modern and equestrian campgrounds, picnic areas, a fishing pier, a boat launch, a sand-bottom chlorinated swimming pond, a playground, and a picnic area. The swim pond is open daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, and there are also access trails for biking and groomed cross-country ski trails.

If want to explore the area, Lake Elmo Place is just a short drive from the Mall of America, Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, St. Croix and Mississippi River Valleys, Downtown Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Stillwater.

A separate owner’s suite is located on the lower level, with separate entry and no cross-traffic. The owner reserves the right to the owner’s suite 24/7/365.
Garages are not included in the reservation.

The manager reserves the right to do a background check. Renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
