Our prime location offers convenience, as we are located just 15-20 minutes from the Mall of America, MSP Airport, and Downtown Minneapolis, and a quick 5-minute drive to Downtown St. Paul. You’ll find entertainment and culture at your doorstep with the Xcel Energy Center, Ordway theaters, and Minnesota Children’s Museums nearby. Access to the Gillette Children’s Hospital and Regions Hospital makes our home a great place to settle in when you are away from your own home.

Just across the street,Phalen Region Park invites you to explore three miles of paved walking and biking trails, unwind at the sandy swimming beach, and enjoy the splash park. With barbecue facilities and a picnic pavilion for 300 guests, it’s an ideal setting for cherished gatherings. The park also features a 1 km cross-country skiing track to welcome winter adventures.
A championship-style golf course is less than 2 miles away. Keller Golf Course boasts a rich history and tradition unmatched by any other public golf course in Minnesota. Keller has hosted several PGA and LPGA tours throughout the years. Keller reopened to the public in 2014 after a complete renovation that earned recognition as the Best Municipal Renovation of 2014 from Golf Magazine and Renovation of the Year from Golf Inc. -A 5% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card.  ACH payments are free.

A separate owner’s suite is located on the lower level, with separate entry and 
no cross-traffic. The owner reserves the right to the owner’s suite 24/7/365.
Garages are not included in the reservation.

The manager reserves the right to do a background check. Renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

All reservations are pending until we receive a signed rental agreement and deposit. Please use the online booking form or text your request to 1-612-750-0990.  Please text Your Full Name, The Property Name, Check in and out dates, and the Number of people in your party.

Locked Owner’s Apartment & Garage:  The owner’s personal items and office are located in a separate area in the lower level of the 3 story Property and garage– completely separate main entrance – no cross traffic.  These areas are not included in the Agreement.  The owner retains the right to access & use the Owner’s area during this Rental Period.  Do not block garage door access to the double car garage as the owners may access these areas of the home 24/7/365.  Guests have exclusive use of the 1st floor, 2nd floor and the front yard of the home.
